Happy Skinny New Year!!!

Happy New Year!!! Ok I know it's February 6th and yes I've been talking about blogging since the beginning of the year. And it's not like there's been nothing happening. Quite the contrary... things are jumping off (as they say... who are they? you know I can have an entire conversation by myself), Ok I digress. Anyway now that I've gotten back to Blogging... I promise to try :)) to do it more frequently.

I'll have to share with you all the funny stories associated with me being on the KSDK Show Me St Louis, Lose a Ton contest. It has been quite the experience. Be careful what you ask for, God has a sense of humor. I've said for forever I wanted to lose weight. So I sign up for this contest... kind of 1/2 hoping I'll be picked and 1/2 hoping... absolutely not. I don't want my big fat butt on television. I can only blame 20 of those pounds on "Television adds 20 lbs to the way you look". The rest is all me.

But yes you guessed it, I was chosen. And really it is a blessing. It is...really. Now I'm not real familiar with blogging etiquette. But they aren't suppose to be real long are they? Ok so I'll share some of the stories of the Lose A Ton (LAT) contest with you in the next entry. Gotta go work-out... again.
